Position: Bartender at Fairfield Inn & Suite Durham Southpoint
About: As a Bartender for Summit Hospitality Group, a hotel division of Summit Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for preparing alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks for guests according to specified recipes. This role involves using standard/corporate measuring systems and serving wine/champagne bottles/beer/mixed drinks, all while embodying the core values of Summit Hospitality Group where ‘Service is the Ultimate Amenity.’
Requirements: Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or banquet facilities with high volume and active serving environments; exceptional people-pleasing orientation; strong professional and personal work ethic; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to learn quickly, train others, and maintain positive work relationships with Banquet Manager and Banquet Servers
