Position: Bartender and Server
About: Schmidt’s Sausage Haus, a Columbus legend in the restaurant, banquet, food truck, fairs, and festivals industry with over 130 years of experience, is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Bartenders and Servers for full-time positions requiring evening and weekend availability. The family-owned and operated business prioritizes a great culture and team environment, valuing both guests and team members as their priority.
Requirements: Bartending Experience; Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol; Ability to take direction and work in a team environment; Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to stand and work 8-10-hour shifts; Ability to lift 40 pounds to chest height; Reliable transportation
