Position: Bartender – $5.25/hr + Tips
About: Red Mountain Grill at HMSHost in Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport is seeking a Bartender to join their team at Concourse B, Gate B03. This role involves greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing cocktails, serving beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met in accordance with company policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol; at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual dining setting; knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails, and spirits; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical job functions like walking, bending, and standing; cash handling experience is a plus
