The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, maintaining an attractive bar. Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; Preferred candidates will have an understanding of state and local serving guidelines; Refined verbal communication skills; Dependability and accountability; Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight and stand for extended periods of time
