About: TGI Fridays, located at 3301 STREET RD in Bensalem, PA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to maintain a warm, welcoming Corner Bar atmosphere and provide exceptional service to guests in a fun and high-energy environment, while upholding responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements: Must be neatly dressed and well-groomed at all times; ability to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting; follow Responsible Service of Alcohol standards; meet local certification requirements and obtain necessary certifications; operate POS system, handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately; calmly handle difficult situations and escalate to management when needed; pass initial and annual validations; effectively communicate with guests and respond to their requests clearly; good hearing ability in noisy environments; lift and carry 30 lb. cases, stand for entire shifts, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and stirring.
