About: TGI Fridays Inc. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Bartender to join their team at the TGI Fridays establishment in Strongsville, OH. Requirements: Must be neatly dressed and well-groomed in company-approved dress code at all times; able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol; meet local jurisdiction requirements, including obtaining required certifications; operate point-of-sale system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions; calmly respond to angry Guests and promptly notify a Manager; pass initial and annual validations; respond clearly to Guests’ requests; hear well amidst loud background noise; frequently lift 30 lb. cases and carry them short distances, up or down stairs; stand during entire shift; reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, and wipe.
