About: TGI Fridays in Millbury, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bartender to ensure Guests enjoy a lively dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. Key responsibilities include maintaining a corner bar atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks promptly, engaging with Guests, and upholding responsible alcohol service standards. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while providing exceptional service to Guests. Requirements: Must be neatly dressed and well-groomed; able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting; follow responsible alcohol service standards; meet local jurisdiction requirements, including certifications; operate POS system and handle transactions; handle tense situations with guests calmly; pass initial and annual validations; respond clearly to guest requests; able to lift 30 lb. cases and stand throughout the shift; reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, and wipe as needed.
