Requirements: Must be well-groomed and neatly dressed following company dress code standards at all times; adept at efficiently mixing drinks in a high-volume setting; knowledgeable and compliant with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines; able to operate POS systems, manage correct change, and process credit card transactions; capable of handling challenging situations with guests and promptly escalating issues to management; pass initial and annual validation assessments; effectively communicate and fulfill guest requests; maintain physical stamina to lift up to 30 lb. cases, stand for entire shifts, and perform various physical tasks like reaching, bending, stirring, and wiping.
