Position: Bars and Beverage Manager – Conrad Los Angeles
About: Conrad Los Angeles, part of the highly anticipated billion-dollar The Grand LA project, is the 7th Conrad Hotel in the U.S. and the 1st in California, offering a luxurious 28-story hotel with over 300 rooms, a spa, a rooftop pool deck, event space, and 6 food and beverage outlets including a signature restaurant and bar, all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres’ award-winning restaurant group, Jose Andres Group.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in beverage management; experience managing team members part of the Local 11 Union; experience with Acubar and Birchstreet; WSET Sommelier Level 2 Certification; Food Service Sanitation certification; Alcohol Service permit (if state required); CPR certification
