About: Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our lobby cafe team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or hospitality; knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks; ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to take initiative and work independently; ability to take directions and collaborate effectively with team members; excellent communication skills; accurate handling of money; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; good organizational and problem-solving skills; positive attitude and focus
