Position: Barista/To Go Server – King of Prussia
About: Founding Farmers is a restaurant located in the King of Prussia Town Center. They are currently looking for a talented Barista/To Go Service team member to prepare quality beverages and serve guests in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate is warm, genuine, engaging, efficient, and accurate to ensure an extraordinary experience for all guests. Responsibilities include packing guest orders, ensuring order accuracy and quality, loading guest vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. Training will be provided for motivated individuals willing to learn. Requirements: One year of experience in a full-service restaurant or coffee shop preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; full-service restaurant experience is helpful but not required; must be 18 years old due to the service of alcohol; ability to create a hospitable environment for guests and staff; desire to work with innovative food service applications (apps); dedicated to learning the menu and operations; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed; capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms; commitment to punctuality and reliability
