About: Titan Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated team player to join The Blackwall Hitch team in creating a memorable experience for guests. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume situations with grace; training and coaching skills to assist in new employee onboarding; keen attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization; physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform various tasks such as bending, reaching, and using hands and arms; strong communication skills to engage and respond to customer needs effectively; adherence to operational policies and procedures for safety and quality standards
