About: NW COFFEE is seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join their team as part-time and/or full-time Baristas. They provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensure a fast hiring process, offer a flexible work schedule, and boast a great team atmosphere and culture.
Requirements: Friendly, warm, and caring attitude; ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; capable of working in a team-oriented setting; able to stand for long periods and lift boxes of 25 pounds; no experience necessary
