Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred; knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful; excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques; prior cash handling experience
