Position: Barista – The Coupe
About: The Tryst Trading Company, a family of restaurants including Tryst, The Diner, Open City, The Coupe, and Open City at the National Cathedral, is seeking Baristas to join their team. They are dedicated to creating and serving great food and drinks while fostering meaningful connections with guests and staff.
Requirements: High school degree preferred; 6+ months Barista experience preferred; passion for coffee is a plus; ability to work well under pressure and multitask; able to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs; strong oral communication skills in English; organized and detail-oriented; adept at learning and memorizing menu items; must embody core values of unpretentiousness, fun, passion, mindfulness, and teamwork
