Requirements: No previous experience required; maintain regular and consistent attendance; available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; meet store operating policies and standards; engage with customers and provide quality service; prepare food and beverages to standard recipes; perform various tasks within the store; ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, work in a team, build relationships, and have strong interpersonal skills.
