About: Starbucks is a renowned coffeehouse chain known for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both customers and employees. As a Starbucks barista, you will play a key role in delivering the Starbucks Experience through exceptional service and crafted beverages.
Requirements: No previous experience required; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security; Engage with and understand customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication; Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers; Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
