Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Barista Experience: Experience in a barista or similar customer service role, with a strong ability to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup; Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building positive relationships with guests.; Cash Handling Expertise: Solid experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures.; Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards and accurately fulfilling guest orders.; Team Player with a Positive Attitude: A collaborative team member who is adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic work environment.
