Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a barista or similar customer service role; strong ability to prepare and serve a variety of beverages with quality and consistency; exceptional customer service skills; solid experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; team player with a positive attitude
