About: Starbucks Cielo Vista is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience and upholding the standards of the Starbucks brand in a fast-paced environment at their location in Cielo Vista.
Requirements: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards, providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security; Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly; Comply with the dress code regulations; Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers; Be versatile in performing various tasks within the store during each shift
