Position: Barista, Starbucks at UPMC Children’s Hospital (Casual Hours)
About: UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a Casual Barista to work in their Starbucks location. This position requires evening and weekend availability. The Barista prepares espresso drinks, smoothies, and coolers based on customer requests and maintains high standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, operating the espresso machine, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to store profitability. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and experience with cash handling procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a barista; ability to work evenings and weekends; strong customer service and communication skills; proficient in basic math functions; experience with Point of Service systems preferred
