Position: Barista – Starbucks
About: The Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for promoting coffee consumption and providing friendly hospitality while preparing a variety of beverages for our customers.
Requirements: Knowledgeable of coffee products and specialty food items; Record of accomplishment in delivering exceptional guest or client experience; Effective communication skills; Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor; Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and long hours; Team Player with a guest-first attitude; Minimum age is 18 years old
