Position: BARISTA – STARBUCKS
About: The Starbucks located within The Venetian Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barista to uphold the Starbucks experience by providing exceptional service, quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Starbucks’ guiding principles and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 18 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Health card and any required certifications or licenses; Meet store operating standards including cash handling, safety, and quality standards; Engage with customers to understand and fulfill their needs; Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment
