About: The San Luis Resort is seeking a Barista to provide the highest level of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Barista promotes coffee consumption by educating guests, displaying coffee salesmanship, and friendly hospitality.
Requirements: Knowledgeable of coffee products and specialty food items; Record of accomplishment in delivering exceptional guest or client experience; Effective communication skills; Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor; Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and long hours; Team Player with a guest first attitude; Minimum age is 18 years old
