Position: Barista/Sales Associate (Canton)
About: Kneads Bakeshop is an artisan bakery, café, and market located in a state-of-the-art flagship facility in Harbor East Baltimore. Kneads is a passion project by H&S Family of Bakeries to provide premium artisan baked goods, pastries, and food to the DC/Maryland/Virginia region. The H&S Family of Bakeries is comprised of H&S Bakery, Northeast Foods, and Schmidt Baking Company, collectively forming America’s largest family-owned variety bakery, catering to both major industry retailers and small businesses nationwide.
Requirements: Previous barista & bartending experience; ability to stand for extended periods of time; good knowledge of liquor and preparation methods; excellent Barista Technical Skills; cash handling experience; must be able to cashier and take customer orders; kindly greet and answer any questions customers may have; upkeep market so that it is presentable; ability to answer inquiries about marketplace items
