Position: Barista/Retail Gift Shop Attendant – Luxury Hotel
About: Pelican Grand Beach Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and organically upbeat Barista/Retail Gift Shop Attendant to serve customers at their retail and coffee shop. The resort offers a fun, fast-paced, and diverse team environment with a great atmosphere, boasting a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in espresso bar service preferred; 1-2 years of retail experience required; ability to lift up to 20lbs; excellent customer service skills; ability to stay calm in fast-paced and stressful situations; flexibility with working hours; willingness to learn new recipes and techniques; ability to work well in a team or independently; ability to work well under pressure; basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
