Position: Barista-Restaurant 2
About: As a Barista at ADERO Scottsdale, you will play a key role in supporting the financial goals of the hotel’s daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. Your responsibilities will include preparing and/or serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards to maximize revenues and profitability in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience; Be customer-centric, friendly, and positive in interactions with customers; Maintain a professional appearance at all times through dress and demeanor.
