About: THE TENNESSEAN Personal Luxury Hotel & Residences, located in downtown Knoxville alongside the largest public greenspace at Worlds Fair Park, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Barista to join their Food and Beverage team. This luxurious hotel offers elegant contemporary accommodations with stunning mountain and park views, ensuring a memorable stay for every guest.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably in a Barista role; Be incredibly friendly and customer-centric, exuding a positive and accommodating attitude; Maintain a professional appearance and dress consistently; Prepare beverages as per standard procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization, respond promptly to guest requests, and handle pre and post-shift side work efficiently.
