Requirements: Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest service; Outgoing, energetic, and polished disposition; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency with various POS systems preferred
