Requirements: Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays; ability to stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; passion for coffee; passion for hospitality and guest service; outgoing and energetic disposition; polished and stylish presence; strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with various POS systems preferred
