Requirements: Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; passion for coffee and hospitality; outgoing and energetic disposition; polished and stylish presence; strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with various POS systems preferred
