Requirements: Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform various tasks; passion for coffee and hospitality; outgoing and energetic personality; polished and stylish appearance; strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with various POS systems preferred
