Position: Barista – PT
About: As a Barista at Barnes & Noble, you provide first-class service to customers with every drink you create and every cookie you bake, ensuring their experience is the top priority. You make the customer experience pleasurable and provide the perfect complement to any book. Your passion for coffee, creating inspiring drinks, and your knowledge of the cafe ensures that customers are delighted by the handcrafted beverages you serve. You support the cluster structure and work collaboratively for the betterment of all stores in the cluster.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a cafe or coffee shop setting preferred; physical ability to work on the cafe floor including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment; ability to engage customers, build rapport, and provide fast and friendly service; strong communication and problem-solving skills
