About: As a Barista at Barnes & Noble, you create a welcoming experience for customers, crafting handcrafted beverages and baked goods to complement their visit. You work collaboratively within the store cluster structure to enhance overall store performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passionate about coffee and customer service; ability to engage, build rapport, and provide fast service; organized, efficient, and can multitask; strong communication skills; physical ability for prolonged standing, lifting, and operating equipment
