Position: Barista – Part-Time
About: Creative Dining Services at The University of Saint Francis is looking for an experienced barista to serve students and staff amazing drinks in the coffee shop. The Barista maintains operations at the Coffee Shop, providing fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a quality experience for customers and team members. Essential Functions include preparing and presenting food & beverages, providing positive customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, staying updated on coffee business trends, and maintaining cleanliness in the working environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; One year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience; Basic computer knowledge. Must possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, passion for food, ability to work cooperatively under pressure, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
