Position: Barista Part-time
About: Top Pot Doughnuts and Coffee is seeking a part-time Cafe Associate responsible for customer service, order taking, coffee preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient cafe environment. The cafe operates from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends.
Requirements: Qualifications: Demonstrates a customer-focused, customer-first attitude; Knowledge of or ability to learn P.O.S. system for cashiering duties; Basic computer proficiency; Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations; Possession of a food handler’s permit; Ability to exercise sound judgment; Detail-oriented; Clear communication skills; Ability to stay composed under high-volume situations.
