Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or a cashier role preferred; previous barista experience is a plus; willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment; attention to detail; genuine desire to engage with customers and create memorable interactions; flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; passion for freedom, community, and great service
