Position: BARISTA (PART TIME)
About: Vanguard Orion is currently seeking part-time Baristas to join their team at 1100 Brennan Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355. This role involves making and serving coffee/espresso drinks and interacting with customers in a friendly manner while maintaining quality food-service operations according to HACCP guidelines.
Requirements: Previous barista experience is preferred; willingness to train; ability to handle food according to HACCP guidelines; friendly and courteous customer interaction; accurate order entry and payment handling; maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of service area and equipment; familiarity with serving standards and portion control; ability to follow recipes and production standards; excellent communication skills; prioritization of customer satisfaction and efficient service
