Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred; Previous experience as a barista or server is desirable; Willingness to learn new and innovative coffee techniques and equipment; Attention to detail; Ability to gauge customers’ preferences; Excellent communication skills; Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
