The Barista role involves creating amazing experiences by interacting with guests and preparing and serving tea, coffee, and espresso drinks in various dining concepts. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; food and beverage experience preferred; customer service and solution-oriented mindset; ability to collaborate in a team environment and work in a high-energy setting; knowledge of cost calculation, change-making, and cash handling; effective communication and independent work ability; ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
