About: At Paradies Lagardère, the Dining Division focuses on providing exceptional restaurant experiences to customers and business partners through top-notch culinary offerings and exceptional hospitality. The Barista role involves creating amazing experiences by interacting with guests and preparing and serving tea, coffee, and espresso drinks in various dining concepts. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; food and beverage experience preferred; customer service and solution-oriented mindset; ability to collaborate in a team environment and work in a high-energy setting; knowledge of cost calculation, change-making, and cash handling; effective communication and independent work ability; ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
