Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of barista experience on an espresso machine preferred; proficient in latte art; excellent communication and customer service skills; adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment; ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow instructions accurately; eligibility to work in the country; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
