Requirements: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. A passion for coffee and tea, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
