Position: Barista – Lead
About: Starbucks is seeking a Barista Lead who will perform all barista duties along with additional responsibilities as a shift lead, including cash handling, store coverage, health department standards, and regular communication with supervisors. This lead position involves closing the store Monday-Friday, and coaching new hires through their learning process while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a barista; strong knowledge of store operations, cash handling, and customer service; excellent communication and leadership skills
