Position: barista job

As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic environment mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with colleagues, and connecting with customers daily.
Requirements: No previous experience required; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs; Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers; Ability to learn quickly; Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to build relationships
