Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a coffee shop with knowledge of dialing in espresso and traditional style drinks preferred; must drink coffee/espresso; high integrity and excellent attendance record; strong attention to detail; effective communication and ability to accept feedback constructively; able to work alone and manage stress effectively; clean and organized
Benefits: Free Drinks on and off the clock for yourself, Free pastry per shift, Hourly rate of $18 during 90-day probationary term then $19 after plus tips (average 4-5 dollars extra an hour)
