Position: Barista job
About: The Conduit Café, Dreamweaver Milk + Boba Bar, and AREA15 are seeking a passionate Barista to join their team and create exceptional guest experiences. The role involves preparing a variety of beverages and food items while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
Requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older; Proof of eligibility to work in the United States; Self-motivated and eager to learn; Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Previous experience in boba and/or coffee preparation is preferred; Valid work cards (Health, Alcohol Awareness, Non-Gaming); Proficiency in English; 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry is preferred; Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, crowds, and smoke; Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights; Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs; Able to work in a standing position for extended periods; Ability to perform repeated reaching and stooping motions; Ability to work in all seasons in an outdoor setting, withstanding temperature variations, heat, and sun exposure
