About: The Human Bean is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join their growing team. With a passion for creating happy people and a love for coffee, The Human Bean opened their first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland, Oregon in 1998. Known for offering the highest quality ingredients and friendly, experienced baristas, they quickly expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon.
Requirements: Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required; exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene; ability to work flexible hours; an outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
