About: KCs Korner, a hospitality venue at a Marriott property, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide friendly and professional service while preparing quality beverages and maintaining a clean environment in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers; able to stand or walk for prolonged periods; capable of lifting at least 30 pounds; knowledge of English and local language; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to handle conflict professionally; adherence to grooming standards and dress code policies
