Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to converse with customers to confirm orders and input them accurately into the point-of-sale system; proficiency in preparing various drinks and premixes; strong customer service skills and the ability to make personal connections with customers; good hygiene, punctuality, and adherence to dress code policies; familiarity with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores; ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, work on feet for extended periods, use ladders and utility knives, and move around in a drive-thru environment safely.
