Position: Barista job
About: We are a specialty coffee company dedicated to providing a unique and immersive experience for both our employees and customers. Currently seeking passionate and talented individuals who are driven to learn about our craft and contribute to the exceptional coffee experience we offer in our cafes. This position reports to the Barista Supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; demonstrated enthusiasm for working with coffee; ability to work efficiently within a team; capacity to multitask and remain composed under pressure; exceptional customer service skills; organized and methodical work style; familiarity with coffee products and confident communication of product information; possession of a current ServSafe Food Handlers card or willingness to acquire certification
